Salary (DOE) £22K - £40K with OTE up to £100k+ (uncapped)

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant working with us you will be responsible for:

Managing your own desk - using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business, building and establishing new professional relationships. The full recruitment process wouldn't be complete without advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates and managing the interview and offer process!

Skills and experience needed:

  • Experienced 360 recruiter at Senior or Principal level, from a Tech/IT recruitment background
  • Open to contract or permanent recruitment
  • Success generating leads and winning new business
  • Proven billing history
  • Drive and enthusiasm to be successful!
